HTML Mail for KDM Receiver

Applies to: Update KDM Studio Version 1.7

Question:
Customer requirement: We want to use HTML mail and optionally use with company logo and layout  

Information:

  • HTML KDM delivery mail provides HTML mail
  • Used KDM delivery mail template can be selected
    • KDM Standard template
    • KDM Custom template

Additional informations:

  1. Previously used Email template is automatically converted and set up as "Custom template"
  2. Default template is new designed and cannot be modified.
  3. Custom template can be created in individual HTML code.
    Alternate option: Revert to default template and modify it.

Note: KDM delivery email need placeholders. In section "Available Placeholders" you can detect (red/green) if placeholder is inserted in template or not.
